Alana and Alyssa
Alana De La Garza's beauty has made an impression on the screens of small sizes. De La Garza, a Mexican American father as well as an Irish American mother, were both born in Columbus Ohio on June 26 the 26th of June, 1976. In the next few years, she moved to Texas to pursue a physical therapy career in the University of Texas. De La Garza didn't last long in Texas and moved into Orlando Florida where she experienced many acting opportunities such as local independent films and world-wide commercials. In spite of the minor role, she found acting as her true passion. Then she moved from New York and in 2001 she landed her first acting gig in the soap opera daytime All My Children as Rosa Santos. There were minor roles in JAG The Las Vegas and Two and a Half Men in the early 2000s. In 2004, she got a role as her first part of a series in The Mountain, the short-lived drama on television. She was Maria Serrano and De La Garza was lucky enough to share the screen with some famous TV actors including Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley Anson Mount and Mitch Pileggi. The most memorable part of her career came in 2006 on Law & Order where she appeared as A.D.A. Connie Rubirosa. She was on screen for 85 episodes. The character of her Law & Order: LA spinoff was short lived. De La Garza received several nominations in the character's honor for her role, including Best Supporting Actress Television Imagen Foundation Awards or even ALMA Award nominees. The National Hispanic Media Coalition awarded her the Impact Award, which is awarded for exceptional performances on a drama TV show. De La Garza got a reprise role in CSI Miami a few moments after. She played Marisol Deko, as well as wife to David Caruso's character Horatio. Most recent TV appearance was on Dr. Lena Solis on NBC's mildly more dark-hearted show Do No Harm. After only two episodes, the show was cancelled. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. Her younger brother Cory has a ten year old brother who is younger than her. She was raised in a relatively conservative and religious family. Milano started her acting career aged seven when her babysitter joined her in an audition. The audition was attended by four girls from over 1000 hopefuls. Milano appeared in advertisements both on Broadway and television as well, such as the American musical version from Jane Eyre.
